It’s time to start looking at who could be our next Student Member on the Board of Education (SMOB)! Early next year, Howard County will be hosting a convention in which student delegates from every school will vote to nominate two finalists for the student member position, and YOU can be a part of it too! Serving as a student delegate is a great leadership opportunity to represent your school, meet and work with new people, and have a voice in the SMOB selection process. Make sure to check out the SMOB and Student Delegate applications that can be found on HCASC’s instagram and website and through this portal.
