About our Meetings

When: Second Wednesday of every month from September to May.

Location: Virtually via Zoom (To get the zoom link, you must open Outlook from your school account- The zoom links are sent to your HCPSS account for every meeting)

Please RSVP to general assembly meetings here: https://bit.ly/35K4Aud (You only need to RSVP once, and zoom links for future meetings will be sent to your HCPSS account without the need to RSVP again)

Time: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

HCASC elected officers plan and lead all General Assembly meetings. In the first part of the meeting, student appointed positions report their work and upcoming issues and/ or events.

The second part of the evening focuses on leadership training, guest speakers, and or student forums where students can come together to share best practices and discuss current school and community issues.

Our first meeting of the year!
