The Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) welcomes all middle and high school students to attend the first General Assembly (GA) of the 2022-23 school year on Wednesday, September 21 from 7-8:30 p.m. IN-PERSON at Atholton High School.

Students may attend the GA virtually if they cannot make it in person, using google meet code HCASC-GA. Students must join with their HCPSS account, as they will not be admitted to the meeting otherwise. The virtual meeting will open at 7:00 pm when the GA starts.
