All middle and high school students interested in serving the community and gaining leadership skills are invited to attend HCASC's next meeting, being held on Wednesday, January 8 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Homewood Center, 10914 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City.

At all HCASC meetings, students have the opportunity to:

• Work with student leaders from around the county
• Meet with the Student Member of the Board of Education
• Gain leadership skills
• Turn ideas into action
• Learn about community service opportunities
• Practice civic engagement and serve as informed citizens
