HCASC will hold its first General Assembly of the 2026-2027 school year on Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 7–8:30 p.m. at Howard High School.

The meeting will include a special guest from Maryland Leadership Workshops (MLW). Come have some fun, meet students from across the county, grow as a leader, and learn about some amazing leadership opportunities available next summer. Middle and high school students are welcome.
