Middle and high school students are invited to attend the Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) General Assembly at River Hill High School on Wednesday, April 17 at 7 p.m. Meet this year’s Student Member of the Board (SMOB) finalists and get a chance to share your perspective with them, ask them questions, and prepare to serve as an informed citizen in May’s SMOB election.
