The Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) welcomes all middle and high school students to our February General Assembly on Feb. 9 from 7-8 p.m.
 
Hear from HCASC’s Legislative Affairs Committee, as well as members of the Maryland House of Delegates, Maryland State Board of Education, Howard County Board of Education, and Howard County Council! This is an incredible opportunity to connect one-on-one with your representatives.

Students will also have the opportunity to network with HCASC Leadership, the Student Member of the Board of Education, and other students from 8:00-8:30 p.m.
